Study spanish and learn the exciting latin dances of Salsa, Merengue and Cumbia!!

Have fun learning the steps to these latin dances under the shade of large tropical trees of our school. We will send you well on your way toward mastering these Latin dances.

About Salsa
The name "salsa" correctly describes the flavor of this dance: hot! Danced correctly, there's a lot of hip action going on. Don't be deterred—one can learn how to achieve all of this action. You will be able to handle the basic step of salsa in short amount of time and practice. Salsa is very much a  social dance. One of the great things about salsa is that once you start learning it, you are instantly enter into the world of salsa music lovers and dancers. It's fun and it a great way to meet a lot of great people with the same interests and the love of salsa!

About Merengue
 If you can walk, you will also be able to dance the Merengue. One step is taken to each beat of music, dancing the Merengue is like walking, and it's just about as easy. All you need to add is the "Cuban motion" hip action, and this easy dance also becomes quite sexy. There are literally hundreds of dance figures possible and just about anything goes in Merengue.

About Cumbia
The Cumbia is simply another style of salsa, very popular in South and Central America. The music for the cumbia style is also distinctive in character. The basic step has a side to side feel, more so than a forward and back feel.

Prices include:

We observe the following National Holidays:

  • January 1st

  • Thursday and Friday during Easter week

  • May 1st

  • December 25

  • Airport pick up is not included but available at extra price

    If you attend classes in a week in which one of these holidays falls on a school day, you will receive extra hours during the rest of your course. If this is not possible for any reason, you will receive a pro rata reduction in tuition.
