All costs associated with a bank wire are the responsibility of the
student and will be added to the final balance payable.
c. Credit card deposit over the telephone.
- Students can pay their remaining balance on the first day prior to start of
classes with Visa, Master Card or cash in Manuel Antonio or cash/travel cheques
in Bocas Del Toro.
- The deposit will be deducted from the whole amount which is to be paid on the first school day in our office.
- We will confirm your registration once application and deposit has been received.
- Refund of deposit: 50% if cancelled at least 14 days prior to the Monday on which class is to begin.
Full payment of tuition is due on the first day of classes.
*Note: There are no refunds issued once classes have begun.
- Accommodations changes:
Students can change their accommodation option (ie: from homestay to school accommodations)) after the course start, a $50 US processing fee applies.
- Insurance is not included. We do not accept responsibility for illness, accident or loss of personal articles.
We do recommend getting health insurance in the student’s home country
- Airport pick up is not included but available at extra price
